Wands Wands now behave more like other weapon types. They deal full damage only if used with full attack and has a higher damage variance. All wands by default (without a range attribute) have 2 range (except for staffs), and are affected by Critical Hit, Double Hit and Life Steal. Overall, wands are weaker initially, but stronger with powerful attributes.
Strong Haste Nerfed from 70% to 50% speed increase.
Teleport Creatures Spell New Spell "utevo res hur" (100 mana, ml 30). Teleports all your summons to your location (can be used to change floors).
HMM/LMM Rune Conjure mana cost lowered from 280 to 240 for HMM, and from 120 to 80 for LMM.
Enchant Staff Spell "Enchant Staff" (exeta vis, 200 mana, ml 34) creates a Two-Handed wand that deals energy damage each 3 seconds (27 mana / attack) and has 4 range. It requires the item "Staff" or "Conductive Staff", and transforms the item for 10 minutes. You need level 42 to use these wands.
Fire Wave Spell Fire wave has 33% increased damage and leaves a strong fire DoT.
Cancel Invisibility Spell If opponent is wearing a stealth ring, the spell has a 20% chance to break it (like in old school PvP-E servers).
